Every product purchased is sold as per its product description. We take every care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, all information, including product descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any products or content on this Website.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website you must: Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information

Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All deliveries within Ireland and United Kingdom are FREE.
Delivery times for mirrors in stock is 10 working days. For Mirrors that are available to order leadtimes are slightly longer and vary with each mirror. Please contact us to establish particular leadtime.
However if you need your mirror quicker than the typical lead times please contact us and we will do our best to help. Should a delivery be delayed for reasons beyond the control of Mirror Gallery/Mirrors.ie then the Mirror Gallery will not be held responsible for any consequential losses.
The Delivery Process
How will I know you have received my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of that order.
How will I know when my Mirror will arrive?
You will be sent an email/phone call the day before your delivery is due to notify you that your mirror should arrive the following day. If you have a preferred delivery time we will try to work within that.
Receiving My Delivery
A valid signature is required to acknowledge receipt of all mirrors. If you would like to have you mirror delivered to an address other than the cardholder address, such as to a workplace, please submit the required details into the “delivery details (if different)” form at the checkout. To assist with on-line security, we request that customers using this option supply a current land line phone number for both the cardholder and delivery addresses. If the delivery address information is different to the cardholder address and appears to us to be unsubstantial, we may reserve the right to restrict delivery to the cardholder address only.
The mirrors are very well protected and breakages are very rare. However accidents can happen! Please check your mirror immediately and phone any damages or faults to the Mirror Gallery within 24hrs of the delivery. We will not accept responsibility for damages, or faulty goods not reported to the Mirror Gallery within 24 hours. We will collect and replace any damaged or faulty mirror free of charge.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your mirror for a full refund please send it back to the address below within 7 days in the original packaging. The mirror is your responsibility until it reaches us. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for mirrors damaged in return transit if packaging is considered to be inadequate. The cost of returning mirrors is at your expense. Alternatively the Mirror Gallery can arrange for collection, please call for a price.
